When is the clinic open?

Do I need an appointment, or can I walk in?

What should I bring to my first visit?
Any previous prescriptions and reports, the creams and medicines you are using (or photos of them), and a list of any allergies.
Should I wear makeup to the appointment?
For skin concerns on the face, it helps to come without makeup so the doctor can examine your skin properly.
What is the consultation fee?

Does the doctor see children and teenagers?

Can I get a diagnosis over WhatsApp?
No. Skin conditions need to be examined in person. WhatsApp is for appointments and general questions, so please don’t send sensitive photos or medical details.

No. The first visit is for diagnosis and advice. Any procedure is explained, including risks and costs, and you can take time to decide.
How soon will I see results?
It depends on the condition. Acne and hair-fall plans usually take weeks to months; infections often improve sooner. The doctor will give you a realistic timeline.
Are the results permanent?
Many skin conditions can recur and need maintenance. No honest dermatologist can guarantee permanent results.
