A short checklist so the consultation time is spent on you.
What to bring
- Previous prescriptions, reports and test results
- The creams, medicines and supplements you use, or clear photos of their labels
- A list of any allergies, especially to medicines
- For hair concerns: when the hair fall started and any recent illness
Before you come
- For face concerns, come without makeup if you can
- Don’t start new creams in the days before your visit
- Write down your questions so nothing is forgotten
- Mention pregnancy, breastfeeding or plans for pregnancy. It changes which treatments are suitable
After your visit
- Follow the plan as explained. Ask the clinic on WhatsApp or by phone if anything is unclear
- Book a follow-up when advised; plans are often adjusted after the first few weeks
- If you notice a reaction to a new treatment, stop and contact the clinic
Privacy and dignity.
Skin concerns can feel personal. Examinations happen in the consultation room, and you can ask for a family member or chaperone to be present.Verify: Confirm chaperone policy.
Photographs are only taken for your medical record with your permission, and are never used for publicity without separate written consent. This website does not show patient before-and-after photos.
